Otto, the popular downtown pizza shop, plans to move to the Hill sometime next month say the owners Anthony Allen and Mike Keon. Until last month, 225 Congress Street had been the home of the popular North Star Cafe.
The new pizza house will have 75 seats indoors and 20 seats outside, weather permitting. The menu at the new Otto’s will duplicate the other location, 576 Congress Street. In addition to beer and wine, Otto’s will offer a salad and desert. The new Otto’s will be family-friendly said Allen.
Otto’s will be open 7 days a week starting at either 11 or 11:30 am until 10 pm and ll pm on Friday and Saturday.
The two won easy approval of their request for a wine and beer license earlier this evening from the city council for the new “225.”
Jazmin Deric, who was enjoying an Otto pizza at the downtown shop this afternoon said: “You can get a couple of brews and grab a slice downtown and then go to the East End – have a couple beers and more pizza there. Be all warm and fuzzy!”
