After waiting and waiting and following much hand-wringing, this afternoon Lee Farrngton, Chef/Owner of Figa, confirmed that her much anticipated restaurant is opening on Tuesday, October 26th at 5 pm.
Originally the charismatic Farrington planned to open one year ago this past July. Due to a dispute over water rights and other matters, this breath of fresh dining to the Hill has been delayed – ’til next Tuesday. Fine dining at Figa promises to be a delightful culinary experience at consumer friendly prices.
Originally from Kentucky, Farrington has worked at Fore Street and Uffa restaurants among others.
