TD Bank Robbed This Morning by White Male; No Weapon Visible

At roughly 11:22 am., Portland Police Officers responded to TD Bank, 449 Forest Avenue, for a robbery for an undisclosed amount of cash, according to a press release issued this afternoon by Lt. James Sweatt.

The male entered the bank and approached a teller and demanded money.   The suspect indicated to the clerk that he had a weapon, but no weapon was visible.  The male then left the bank with an  undisclosed amount of cash and fled to the rear of the building.  The suspect is described as being in his mid-twenties to early thirties with brown hair and a few days growth of facial hair.  He’s about 5’9″ and is thin.  He is wearing a baseball hat with white lettering and a dark colored long-sleeve pullover.  He is also wearing dark pants and white sneakers.
